Dr. Patricio Stocker
Dr. Stocker has been involved in the cannabis business in Colombia, Canada and most recently in Europe as Chairman of Alphagreen Group. Previously he had co-initiated the cannabis industry in Colombia, leading the companies PharmaCielo Ltd. and Blueberries Medical Corp. as their CEO.
Dr. Stocker, along with an international team of experts, initiated the development of the Colombian cannabis industry and its legal framework. He led the first company to be licensed in Colombia from the original business plan to the pre going public stage, raising over CAD 50 million and growing the company value to over CAD 300 million (pre going public valuation). He developed the Colombian operations and facilities, setting up a scalable and extremely competitive growing and oil production model, being the first fully licensed cannabis company in Colombia.
With over 20 years of international experience in the automotive sector at corporations like Daimler, Dr. Stocker held top management positions, with country and regional P&L responsibilities. He has a diverse business background and extensive management and board experience, leading the development and implementation of businesses and strategies, delivering high quality results and strong profits.
Dr. Stocker holds a PhD in Economics (Dr. oec.) and BA in Business Administration (lic. oec.) of the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
Andrew is the founder of Orion GMP Solutions and serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Principal Consultant. As a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, he served two tours in Iraq as an NCOIC, leading a team of Marines responsible for quality maintenance management and documentation of over 400,000 life limited critical parts on UH‐1N and AH‐1W attack helicopters. Andrew’s experience spans the fields of bio‐analytical chemistry and purification; including pharmaceutical manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients under FDA and International GMP guidelines in an FDA Registered, DEA Schedule 1 Facility.
Raymond Harari is the founder of Canalis Capital, a cannabis advisory company and merchant bank. Prior, Mr. Harari worked at Credicorp Bank in the Private Wealth Management Company. Before joining Credicorp, he was part of Nomura’s Consumer & Retail Investment Banking Group based in New York City. Mr. Harari graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania with a BSE in Systems Engineering and a minor in Engineering Entrepreneurship and Mathematics. Raymond is also the cofounder of Standard Parking, a Panama-based parking services provider. Mr. Harari was an early investor and advisor of Tokyo Smoke. As an angel investor, he has also made investments across technology, fashion, cannabis, biotech, and cyber security. Over the past two years, Mr. Harari has been a deputy director at the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Panama. He is also involved in the community, organizing sponsored technology-focused trips to Israel in partnership with Birthright Israel. As part of his continued education, Mr. Harari participated in the Transdisciplinary Innovation Program (TIP) at Hebrew University, where he was awarded the Senior TIP Fellow title, for the most outstanding fellow of his class.
Todd is an expert in indoor, greenhouse, and outdoor cannabis cultivation and brings 15 years of experience at a commercial scale. Todd has managed and run multiple successful cannabis cultivation operations and specializes in growing high-quality, cost effective cannabis in controlled environments. Recently, he worked and consulted on the SOP’s, designs and operations for Miracle Valley Medicinal Alternatives, Indigenous Bloom Corp. and Thrive Cannabis.
